Museum members are a vital part of the Museum’s mission to preserve and promote the history of Western North Carolina. Membership contributions help us produce engaging programs and exhibits.
We are a 501c3 nonprofit organization. We thrive because of your tax-deductible donations! Prefer to donate by check? Checks made out to Asheville Museum of History can be sent to 283 Victoria Road, Asheville, NC 28801.
Business Membership provides you and your employees with benefits including free admission to the museum, free or low cost admission to our public programs, and private programs designed with your specific interests in mind.
COMMUNITY TICKET FUND
We want to make sure that anyone, regardless of income, can attend our programs. Donations to our Community Fund allows anyone to register for our events at no cost and with no additional barriers.
We depend on volunteers. There are many exciting volunteer opportunities to choose from including docenting and working with our collections or in our gardens. Group activities are also available.
